Growing up in France, I was surrounded by delicious pastries that my dad would bring home every day after school. I think I started baking cakes when I was around nine years old, beginning with the classic "gâteau au yaourt." I made it so often that my family jokingly said they got tired of it—but they always ate it with delight because it was truly delicious. As I grew older, I explored new recipes, bringing a variety of treats to our table. When I moved to Brooklyn seven years ago, I carried these sweet memories with me, missing my family, friends, and the familiar comforts of French patisseries.

Baking as a Bridge

When homesickness crept in, I found solace in baking. It became my way of staying connected to my roots, bringing a piece of France to my Brooklyn home. Baking for friends and gatherings became my way of sharing a part of myself and creating connections in my new environment.

Supported by Love and Family

Throughout this journey, one of my greatest joys has been sharing my love for baking with my boys. Baking together has become our favorite family activity, filled with laughter, creativity, and delicious results. Our kitchen is alive with the joy of togetherness, where every pastry we bake becomes a special memory. Their enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen constantly remind me why I love what I do. My boys have been my constant source of support and inspiration. Their love has fueled my passion and dedication to Marbré. They are the heart behind Marbré, and their belief in my dream has made every challenge worthwhile.

Marbré was born from this blend of nostalgia and my desire to share with the community.
