Orders and Payments
Full Payment Required: To confirm your order, full payment is required when placing the order. This secures your spot in our baking schedule and allows us to begin sourcing and preparing the finest ingredients.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders:
Cancellation 3 Days Before Delivery: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least three days before the scheduled delivery date. We offer a 100% refund of the total order value for cancellations made within this timeframe.
Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Delivery: Cancellations made less than three days before delivery are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we will provide a credit note for half of the amount, which can be used towards a future order.
Large Orders:
Due to the significant preparation and ingredient costs associated with large orders, the above cancellation policy won’t apply. Please consider this when placing large orders.
Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged product or an error in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a description and a photo of the issue, and we will either issue a refund or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Custom Orders: Refunds are only available for custom or personalized orders if there is a defect or an error on our part.
Credit Note
Validity: Credit notes provided for cancellations less than three days before delivery are valid for six months from the issue date.
Redemption: Credit notes can be redeemed on our website or by directly contacting us for future orders.
